How do I connect my Strava account?
Go to Settings → Wearables in your Sport99 dashboard and click "Connect with Strava". You will be redirected to Strava to authorise access, then returned to Sport99 automatically.
How do I connect my Polar device?
Go to Settings → Wearables and click "Connect" next to Polar. You will be redirected to Polar Flow to authorise, then returned to Sport99.
My wearable stopped syncing — what should I do?
Go to Settings → Wearables and check if sync is enabled for your device. If the issue persists, disconnect and reconnect the device. Contact support if it still does not sync.
Which data does Sport99 import from Strava?
Sport99 imports activity data including distance, duration, heart rate, and calories from your Strava activities. This data is used to track training load and provide coaching insights.
How do I disconnect a wearable?
Go to Settings → Wearables, find the connected device, and click "Disconnect". This removes access immediately and stops all future syncing.
Is my wearable data shared with coaches?
Yes — connected wearable data is visible to your assigned coaches to help them monitor training load. You control consent in Settings → Wearables → Privacy.

How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click "Forgot password" and enter your email. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes.
How do I enable two-factor authentication?
Go to Settings → Security and follow the MFA setup guide. We support authenticator apps and email codes.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing and click "Cancel subscription". Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Sport99 stores only the data you explicitly authorise. Wearable tokens are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect any device and delete your data at any time. Read our Privacy Policy.
