Sport99/Acceptable Use Policy

Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.0Effective September 5, 2026

Sport99 is used by clubs, coaches, athletes, parents and administrators — many of them children. This policy sets out what is not acceptable on the platform and what happens when someone crosses the line. It forms part of the Terms of Service; breaking it is a breach of those terms.

1. Who this applies to

Everyone with a Sport99 account, and anyone using the platform on behalf of a club or federation. Club administrators are responsible for the conduct of the accounts they create and for removing access when a coach or staff member leaves the club.

2. Protecting minors

Sport99 exists in a context where adults hold positions of trust over children. Conduct that would be a safeguarding concern in a real training hall is a safeguarding concern here, and we treat it as the most serious category of breach.

The following will lead to immediate suspension and, where the law requires it, a report to the competent authorities.

  • Contacting a minor athlete for any purpose unrelated to their training or club participation.
  • Requesting, sharing or storing images of minors outside a legitimate coaching purpose, or any sexualised content involving a minor.
  • Using platform messaging to bypass a club's safeguarding rules, or asking a minor to move a conversation to a private channel.
  • Creating an account on behalf of a minor without the guardian consent the platform asks for, or falsifying a date of birth to avoid age protections.
  • Accessing a minor athlete's health, injury or wellbeing records without a coaching or duty-of-care reason.

3. Health, injury and wellbeing data

Health data is the most sensitive category on the platform and is processed only with explicit consent. You must not pressure an athlete into giving health consent as a condition of selection, training time or club membership; must not access health records outside your coaching responsibility for that athlete; must not export, photograph or forward an athlete's health or mental wellbeing records outside the club; and must not use injury, mental check-in or readiness data to disadvantage an athlete in a way unrelated to their safety.

4. Using the AI features responsibly

Sport99's AI generates training plans, summaries and risk signals. It can be wrong. You must review AI output before acting on it, and you must not present it as a medical, psychological or nutritional opinion. Do not use the AI features to generate training loads you know to be unsafe for an athlete's age or condition, to produce content about a person who is not in your club, or to attempt to extract data about athletes outside your access scope through prompts.

5. Content standards

Content you post — club pages, athlete profiles, posts, comments, media and messages — must not include any of the following.

  • Harassment, bullying, threats, or targeted abuse of any person, including opposing clubs and match officials.
  • Hate speech or content that demeans a person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation.
  • Content promoting doping, performance-enhancing substances, disordered eating, extreme weight cutting, or training through a diagnosed injury against medical advice.
  • Sexual content, graphic violence, or content promoting self-harm or suicide.
  • Other people's personal data published without their consent, including contact details, health information or images.
  • Material that infringes copyright, trade marks or other intellectual property rights.

6. Platform integrity and security

Do not attempt to access data belonging to another club or another athlete, probe or bypass tenant isolation, circumvent rate limits or subscription entitlements, scrape the platform, reverse-engineer the service, upload malware, or share account credentials. Multi-factor authentication is required and must not be disabled or shared. Report a security problem to security@sport99.ai rather than demonstrating it against live data; we will not pursue good-faith researchers who report responsibly and give us time to fix the issue.

7. Accurate identity and fair use

Register with your real identity and keep it current. Do not impersonate another person, coach, club or federation; do not create accounts to evade a suspension; do not manipulate benchmarks, community comparisons or public profiles with fabricated results; and do not resell, sublicense or provide the service to a club that is not covered by your subscription.

8. Reporting and how we respond

Report a breach to the address below, or through the reporting controls in the product where they are available. Tell us what happened, where, and when. We review every report; for safeguarding reports we act first and investigate second. We will keep the reporter's identity confidential from the reported account except where the law requires otherwise.

9. Consequences

Depending on severity and history, we may remove content, restrict a feature, suspend an account, remove a club's access, or terminate the agreement. Safeguarding breaches, credible threats and unlawful content lead to immediate suspension without prior warning. We will tell the affected account what was decided and why, and you can contest a decision by replying to that notice. Where a breach is also a criminal matter, we will report it and preserve the relevant records.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform and the law evolve. Material changes will be announced in-product and by email to account holders before they take effect. The version and effective date shown at the top of this page tell you which text applies.
