Sport99/Accessibility Statement

Accessibility Statement

Version 1.0Effective September 5, 2026

Inovitus 9 d.o.o. is committed to making Sport99 usable by everyone involved in a sports club, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification or reduced motion. This statement describes where we actually stand — including what does not yet work — as required by the European Accessibility Act.

Standard we work to

We build against EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, which EN 301 549 incorporates. This applies to the Sport99 web application, the marketing site and the Sport99 mobile apps for iOS and Android.

Current conformance status

Sport99 is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. A full independent conformance evaluation has not yet been completed, and we will not claim one until it has.

Partially conformant means most of the platform meets the standard but some parts do not. We are running a structured evaluation across the web application and both mobile apps, and we will publish the findings and update this statement when it concludes. We would rather publish an honest status than an aspirational one.

Known limitations

These are the barriers we are aware of today. The list is not a promise that nothing else exists — it is what we have found so far, and it will grow before it shrinks.

  • Some data-dense dashboard tables and charts have not been fully verified with screen readers, and figures may be announced without their row and column context.
  • Colour is used alongside text to signal training load, readiness and alert severity; we are confirming that every such signal also carries a non-colour cue.
  • A small number of interactive controls may not yet expose a visible keyboard focus state in every theme.
  • Some AI-generated training explanations use long paragraphs without headings, which makes navigating by structure harder.
  • Media uploaded by clubs and athletes — team photos, technique videos — carries whatever alternative text its uploader provided, which we cannot guarantee.

Accessibility features already in place

  • Full light and dark themes, and respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference.
  • The interface is available in ten languages, and every page declares its language so screen readers pronounce it correctly.
  • Text scales with the browser's or device's own text-size setting rather than being fixed in place.
  • Mobile screens are built with React Native accessibility roles and labels on interactive controls.

How this statement was prepared

This statement was prepared by Inovitus 9 d.o.o. on the effective date shown above, on the basis of an internal review of the platform's interface code and known open issues. It has not been reviewed by an external accessibility auditor. We will revise it when the structured evaluation described above concludes, and at least once a year.

Feedback and enforcement

Contact us first — we would rather fix a barrier than argue about it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the market surveillance authority responsible for the European Accessibility Act in your country. In Slovenia, complaints about digital accessibility can be raised with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and, where personal data is involved, with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
