Questions clubs ask
Do athletes or parents pay for Sport99?
No. The club pays one subscription based on active athletes. Parents and athletes use the apps at no cost.
Can we import our members?
Yes. Import a list, or invite athletes and parents by link.
What does the facilities module cost?
Facility rental and visitor bookings are an add-on at €49 per month, plus 5% of visitor payments. Everything else is included.
Where is our data stored?
In the EU, in the Sweden Central region. Health data is only processed with explicit consent.
Can our coaches plan with their own methodology?
Yes. The club can record its coaching method, and Agent 99 plans within it.
